Will it fit?
The honest space check
You need a flat 30′ × 20′ footprint with about 2 feet of clearance around the edges for guy lines. Grass is ideal; hard standing works too.

Renting a party tent in Nashville
How long is the rental?
Five hours as standard, which covers an afternoon party or an evening one comfortably. Longer is possible — ask when you book.
What do you need from us on the day?
A flat spot, access to power, and someone to point at where you want the door. We handle delivery, inflation, lighting, sound and the strike at the end.
What about weather?
The tent handles normal weather fine. In genuinely dangerous conditions — high winds, storms — we'll work with you to move the date rather than risk your guests. That call gets made together, early.
Is it loud for the neighbours?
It doesn't have to be. The silent disco option puts the music in headphones — full party inside, silence from the street. Otherwise, speakers at a sensible level with a hard cut-off time you set.
Can we add a DJ?
